We all want to think we’re in control of our lives and our destiny. We believe we can steer our lives in the direction of love, fulfillment, and joy. However, frequently that’s not the case.
The problem is that many people today don’t understand that they’re entranced in a cycle of preconditioned programs and old patterns that affect their thinking, decisions, and circumstances. They haven’t yet realized that these old patterns can prevent them from ever reaching their desires and goals.
The subconscious mind holds these programs and patterns from our memories, beliefs and life experiences that run automatically in the background of our mind. Our habitual thoughts, stories, and beliefs keep these programs and patterns in place. This creates a loop of perpetual states of mind and results.
The difference between the conscious and subconscious mind.
Remember the movie Groundhog Day, where the character played by Bill Murray keeps having to repeat the same day over and over until he changed the pattern and thinking? Then he finally got the girl.
The subconscious mind does not discriminate or judge between positive and negative thinking. Its job is to obey commands from what we think, say and feel. Positive and negative thoughts can turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy. The conscious mind thinks, and the subconscious mind implements what’s impressed upon it. Your life is a reflection of what is going on inside.
We all know how it feels to worry, struggle and be fearful.
But do we know how to stop being that way?
How we think about our lives and circumstances is the key to changing our results. When we become aware of the thoughts we are thinking, we can free ourselves from the self-imposed limitations of our thoughts and literally change the course of our lives.

Negative thinking relates to a pessimistic attitude and mindset. The individual is habitually dwelling on worries, focusing on fears, and anxious feelings that perpetuate more negative thoughts and experiences that produce poor results.
Positive thinking relates to an optimistic attitude and mindset, where a person expresses a bright, cheerful, confident and enthusiastic disposition, while affirming certainty with clear, constructive, focused thinking.
When we allow ourselves to think negatively we limit our potential for creating the life we want. We get so caught up in the results our mind and body are producing that we can’t see the way out or find the right solution.
I had a client that came to see me about her relationship problems, she had been married and divorced four times and was having trouble with her current boyfriend. What she discovered and said during our session was, that she had married the same man with a different haircut, and they were just like her father. After releasing what she was holding onto from her past about her father, her perception of her relationship changed for the better.
By changing the way we think, we change our results.
This leads us to gain control of our life, situations, circumstances, and destiny.
One of the ways to change our results is to become aware of how we are behaving. This awareness gives us a means of understanding what’s going on in the mind. In other words, what’s going on outside is a very good indication of what’s going on inside.
I’m always excited when I realize that I’m thinking in a biased way because there is always another way to look at something if I take the time to look. There’s a positive to every negative and a negative to every positive. Seeing both sides leads to a balanced mindset and less stress.
If you’re not seeing what you want to manifest, you need a breakthrough mindset. What we do is to help you shift your thinking into the results you want. It’s important to realize everything is always changing and personal growth is a choice. Your real purpose in life is to grow and be the best version of yourself.
So, you can see by changing your thinking, you can change the results you’re getting in your life and start to steer your life in a new and empowering direction.
