Unfortunately, many people live with this switched on, but the body was never designed to uphold the chemicals that are produced on a daily basis. Eventually, the body starts to break down with this constant stress state.

To overcome the effects of stress, look at what is creating stress. Everybody is different, but what we all have in common is the ability to create stress. Therefore, stress is an internal creation from what we perceive as stressful outside of ourselves. Consequently, if long-term stress causes are not addressed, it can all lead to dysfunction, disorder, disease, health problems, and feeling bad. Worst of all, people condition themselves that it’s normal to live that way. Therefore, it’s important to break that normal conditioning to reduce stress levels and bring the body back into homeostasis.

The truth is that there is no actual stress or anxiety in the world; it’s your thoughts that create these false beliefs. You can’t package stress, touch it, or see it. There are only people engaged in stressful thinking. – Wayne Dyer
